Boards:
Our custom Epoxy boards are always made to the customer’s specifications, and we can offer design options to fit particular surfing styles and body types to optimize performance. Be sure to check availability of board production, during high order periods our industry may be more focused on blank output, thus slowing board manufacturing, out of respect for our customers we strive to deliver top quality products in a timely manner.

Our surfboards offer higher strength to weight ratios than polyester boards. They have a dynamic rocker and can provide the highest flex of any product on the market! Epoxy and EPS is stronger, lighter, more buoyant, safe for shapers and safe for the environment – Green boards are good boards!

EPS production allows for significant customization by the builder – virtually any style, rocker or size blank can be created using EPS. Proprietary rocker templates can be created from proven designs that result in minimal foiling and increase product consistency.

Rockers:
We will build your blanks to your specifications using your offsets, tracings or even a finished board. One method is to shape your rocker into a stock blank that we provide you. We then cut out the stringer and that becomes the master for your templates. This will be a proprietary rocker template and only provided to your operation. (additional cost of $25 for existing rocker and $45 for tracings - to cover materials and labor, one time charge.

Fins:
We use FCS and Probox fins set-ups or glass-on and fins of your choice. Surfboards come standard with sanded finish, FCS style fins, standard glassing (6oz bottom double 6 deck), EPS/Epoxy Construction.

Stringers:
We can do 1/8" PVC to 8' and bass wood to 10' plus, also 1/4" bass and other marine ply on request. Most suppliers glue up their PVC stringered blanks with water based adhesives - we don't! Our process does not introduce damp water laden glue inside the blank. We have consulted engineers in the adhesives industry who confirm water based adhesives in EPS/PVC applications introduce water that may never dry completely, leaving water in your production product as delivered to the customer!

Art:
There many variations on Mangrove Monkey designs and colors. You are also free to provide your art or we an develop your concept with you.

Pricing:
Pricing starts at $380. Final price will be determined by customer board specifications and shipping requirements. Our quotes are always free.

Warranty:
The manufacturer warrants the product to be free of defects in material or workmanship for a period of 90 days after the sale of the product. Customer is responsible for returning product to manufacturer for evaluation. Products found to be defective will be repaired or replaced at the builder’s discretion. This warranty covers the structural aspects of the board, it does not cover cosmetics, abuse or neglect, damage of any kind, expected wear and tear, pressure dings and breakage. The user accepts all responsibility for the use of this product, agrees to hold the manufacture harmless, and realizes such use could result in serious injury and or death.
